HAPPY BIRTHDAY BETH!!!!

Today, Sunday February 24th, is Beth's birthday. We leave out the number of years but each year is great year of friendship for me!! We spent the day at the spa and we received facials and a pedicure. This was my first spa experience and I have to say that I will be going back. It was so relaxing and peaceful. After the spa we ran a few errands and then got dressed and met Emma and Tammy at IJCanns. This was also a first and it was nice. The appetizers was a little deceiving, but the drinks and drinks and drinks and steak were great!!! We had a great time and I hope that Beth enjoyed her 29 again, again, etc... (Just kidding) birthday!

KINGPIN

Saturday was Raegan's birthday party at the bowling alley. Nana and Grandaddy took the boys with them so that mommy could spend a relaxing day at the spa for Beth's birthday. (And it was awesome!) Triston and Trenton had a blast! This was Triston's first time ever bowling and from what I heard he did a great job. He bowled with Taylor and her friend and well......you'll find out who won at the bottom of the page!

Of course Triston picks the brightest ball of all to bowl with. It was a six pounder!

This isn't the greatest picture but if you look at the screen carefully you will see that T in row three had a score of 86, with a spare and a strike. Way to go Triston!!!! Taylor wasn't too happy that her three year old cousin beat her, but she is a good sport. Thanks Taylor!

Trenton even got to bowl with the help from his Uncle D. Of course this was after Taylor had to run half way down the lane to get Trenton after he took off. You can't turn your back on a Timbrook! Trenton really enjoyed watching everyone bowl and I think that everyone had a great time. What a wonderful birthday for Raegan.

Clean bill of health

Treton went to the doctor today and got a clean bill of health. The bronchitts is gone and everything looks pretty good. He weighed in a 23lbs and 33in. He did have to get three shots today, but he took it like a champ.




Triston however, does not have a clean..... anything right now!! This is what it looks like when you use your fingers for fun dip instead of the dip stick!

Our Little Redneck!!!

Triston got to try out his new coveralls that he got for Christmas. Josh and Pa were going squirrel hunting, because Pa wants to fix one for dinner one night!! Anyone interested in coming to Shanks for squirrel pot pie! (GROOOOSSSSS, and I am not talking about Pa's last name). So I bundled him up in his coveralls and carhart hat and he grabbed his gun and was on his way. I don't think that they were very successful because you have to be kinda quiet and well........I am sure you know the rest, they took Triston remember!

WHAT A MESS!!!!!!

I get home from the gym on Friday night and am pretty tired, Josh is at a hunt, thinking that I was going to be able to sit down and have a relaxing evening. Well that was until I looked into the play room. I grabbed my camera, rounded the corner and asked Triston, "What happened to this room?" He looked at me with those pretty blue eys, shrugged his shoulders and gave me his world famous grin!




I decided that I was going to leave it alone and conquer it in the morning!! I spent all day today cleaning and it took over an hour to clean this mess. So when you ask, "What does Triston need for his birthday?" Remeber this picure!!!

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY

Well Josh pulled through and bought me a dozen roses for Valentines Day. Triston had his first Valentines party today at school and came home with a bag full of goodies. Not to mention he is still bouncing off the walls from all the sugar. The boys and I got to spend a couple of "snow" days together this week, Trenton has had bronchittis this week so the snow days were a blessing for me so that I could stay home with him. He is feeling a little better but still has a horrible cough. I hope this message finds all my friends and family doing well and I love you very much. Happy VDay!!!

Why Laundry Never Gets Done!!

It is something that I continue to struggle with: laundry! And you know I think I finally figured out why this is such a problem. I think that it has something to do with two little boys.

Dog Gone Cute!!!

We were "iced" in one day and the next day it was nice enough to take boys out for awhile. Trenton loves dogs so much that we thought he would really like seeing the new puppies. He was so excited to see them and he even got to get into their pin. The mommy was so gentle and allowed the boys to play with the pups. The boys must get their love of animals from their daddy!
