First day......

Today was Triston's first day of kindergarten and he was so excited! I got him up and was able to get him ready but his daddy took him to school, and of course wouldn't take the camera. So I didn't get pictures of him going into school and I am a little bumbed but its ok. Triston was in the prek program last year so he pretty much knows the ropes. When I got home today he didn't seem as excited. He said that he was a little nervous and starving!!! He eats lunch at 10:45 and they don't get a snack so needless to say by 3:30 he was hungry! Just keep Triston and his teachers in your prayers and lets hope that he still wants to go by the end of the week. We are so proud of our little man!

He wouldn't admit it and it doesn't show it but Josh is very proud of his little boy!
New Spongebob bookbad and Spongebob shoes!

Growing up way too fast....it won't be long and the other one will be starting school! Lord help Romney Elementary :)

Dad & Karen's New House

The boys and I went to Charlestown yesterday morning and visited with Gradpop and Karen at their new house. It is beautiful and it only took as an hour to get there. I am so excited that my dad is going to be that close to the boys and I. Karen is a great women and I am so happy for the both of them. After we toured the house we went to David's Bridal and I picked out my bridesmaid dress for the wedding. An April 10th wedding is planned for dad and Karen. Back to the house, it had his and her walk-in closets!!!! I am so jealous! It has an opened floor plan and a bath room in every room, it was awesome! Dad is like a little kid at Christmas, this is his first house, he is qualifying for the new home buyers credit!! Go figure, I think its great.

SLIME TIME!!

My church had its annual slime night on Wednesday and once again Triston was the cleaniest one there. (look at the kids in the back) Trenton was also having no parts of the SLIME!!! It was a great night and the message behind the slime is great. It shows how to wash away the slime (sin) by asking God for forgivness. Triston didn't need to much forgiveness!! I can't say that I blame him, I was having a hard time looking at the creamed corn and chocolate pudding mixed!!

WILD & WONDERFUL...?!?!?!?

We took the boys to the wild and wonderful Hampshire County Fair on Tuesday night. The boys had fun but I tell you, there wasn't much to it. They had a good time and that is what is important. It has been a little hard trying to get back on schedule with me going back to work but we will fall back into place in no time!!

Trout Pond

I took the boys to Trout Pond today with a bunch of the girls from church and we had a blast. The weather was beautiful and the boys had so much fun playing with all the kids. One of the girls and her two little ones rode with us and it was quite the adventure in itself. Her little boy is 10 months younger than Triston and her little girl just turned two in June. I was a little nervous about going to a beach since we just got home from the beach but they had a great time.
